 Founded in 2004, Love Shack has been successfully trading since the business launched at Erotica 2005 at London's Olympia exhibition venue. Since 2005 the company has grown and developed, with Erotica continuing to be an annual pilgrimage. We continue to expand the number of events that we attend, and will be publishing regular updates as to the shows that we will be attending and their dates.
With the launch of the second generation website (March 2008) we have considerably expanded the range of the products that we offer, and have incorporated exciting new ranges of beautiful quality products. For those that wish to contact us, we will try to respond to all calls and emails as quickly as possible, however Love Shack is a small business run by a small (but dedicated) team, and in peak periods it can take us a day or two to respond. Our typical hours of operation are 9am - 6pm, however we are frequently working outside these hours to catch up on correspondence and content management. We ship once a day through both Royal Mail and our couriers, and whilst we will always try to include any late orders if possible, our cut-off time for shipping is normally 3pm.
